Use a text-to-speech api for tts messages, similar to /word pronounce

Alternatively, you can use the Google speech synthesis (i think that's what it's called) that powers text-to-speech stuff on phones to natively create the tts audio

I think it might work for this one, it's true that each device has a built-in text-to-speech engine
