[Feature Request] Mute all chats notifications except selected

Let's also make the 'notifications' PRO. By default, we can mute selected chats notifications. I would like to have mute all chats notifications except selected. So, it's just the inverse. Useful when you want to turn off distractions without missing the important chats.
