Camera component is not working on Safari

Hi,

It works on Google Chrome on desktop, but doesn't on desktop Safari nor mobile browsers,it would be nice to have some help troubleshoot this.

@all Safari support is fixed in this react package - https://github.com/mozmorris/react-webcam

@crobinson42 : It doesn't, in fact on that package already issues is been locked saying Safari on desktop not working #73 : https://github.com/mozmorris/react-webcam/issues/73
