Remove focus nagger on game paused

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Focus nagger is old-fashioned and a quite redundant feature for modern applications. A reminder for "click to focus" is not needed nowadays.

Describe the solution you'd like Removing the focus nagger and using the pause menu for the in-game pause. No additional menu is required on the menu as nothing needed to be paused.
