Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. With the data pack system, more world-related customization could be maken. Data packs are binded to worlds. Data (e.g. quests, loots, recipes, structures) can all customized by one or more data packs.

Describe the solution you'd like A new data pack system for this. All data pack are stored under the world save folder for each world. There should be an option to enable or disable one or more data packs available. For example in Minecraft.
