Delta shows "?" instead of "-"

When you're ahead of your comparison instead of showing "-", it shows "?" e.g. instead of -10 it shows ?10 Latest version of LiveSplit with Latest Discord. Win 11.

Hi, I am unable to recreate this issue on my PC. Changing Discord languages to Russian doesn't break it, and both LiveSplit 1.8.18 and 1.8.19 work perfectly fine. The only thing that would be different is, instead of Windows 10, you're using Windows 11. I currently do not have a Windows 11 computer set up, so am unable to properly test on that OS.

I'll ask around and see if others are having this issue on Windows 11 as well.
