Maintain a change log

Please maintain a change log file so users of the library can quickly see what has changed from one release to the next.

To get a changelog you may try to compare between tags. For example here is a list of changes between 1.0.4 and 1.0.5 https://github.com/MiniDNS/minidns/compare/1.0.4...1.0.5

Still the manual changelog would be better but if not so many changes that is not that important.
