@MinhasKamal He/She may mean the download is endless. "zhuan quan quan" is "转圈圈", which means (the circular progress indicator is) spinning. It occurred to me as well. Link I wanted to download: https://github.com/chromium/chromium/tree/master/chrome/browser/resources
