V3 API Reference is empty

It looks to me like API reference generation broke for V3, at least the page is completely empty, whereas V2 is working fine from what it looks like.

Latest version appears to be Camille.RiotGames @ 3.0.0-nightly-2025-06-24-d2b94715b7 , though that is pretty out-of-date, need to fix the failing tests

Is it the tests though, or is the problem that the CI build keeps failing with syntax error in gen\Champion.cs?
