Require Resourcepack does not work

Current Behavior?

If I enabled Require Resource Pack on the panel it does not change that same value in server.properties

What should happen?

It should set require-resource-pack in server.properties to true

Reproduction Steps

literally just set require resource pack to enabled on the panel and it wont work

sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt idk the issue with this...

it seems to happen when you have a resource pack on I think changing the resource pack url in the server.properties bugs it out or something

Sometimes the server.properties file wont update to your current settings. Restart the server and make sure if it saves.
