Per-Group player list formatting

The idea: a config option for players to have custom formatting in the player list based on their group (PEX, Vault, whatever)

I made this static example:

This could get the prefix/suffix from Vault (would be useful too), but I would also want an option for a completely different format based on group (in this example it's a shortened prefix, not the same as the Vault/PEX prefix for those groups)
