Is it possible to show seprate MOTD accourding to minecraft version (bedrock / java) & Jave version?

SLP doesn't support that at the moment. This was planned for the new SLP 4.0 versions, but unfortunately I never managed to finish that.

I think similar ideas with flexible "triggers" (conditions) were implemented in AdvancedServerList though, have you checked if that supports the functionality you need?
