Custom description/... for outdated clients

Originally discussed in https://github.com/Minecrell/ServerListPlus/issues/344#issuecomment-836322579, this would allow setting an entirely custom MOTD/Description/... for outdated clients. The implementation could be done similar to https://github.com/Minecrell/ServerListPlus/pull/99 (a bit clumsy, but should be quite easy).
