Whitelist mode override

Greetings, I just got pretty interesting idea for your plugin, how about adding a check for whitelist command or something that would know when whitelist is on, and that message is gonna override every other one.

For example:

Default: Description: Come join our great server What are you waiting for?

Whitelisted: Description: Server currently closed Reason: Fixing bugs
