Disallow joining a server without a TASmod packet server started

Currently you can try and join Hypixel, however this will not work and will softlock you until kicking you automatically.

We can check if a custom server is active and get can stop the connection, before we connect to the server.

Then we can also get rid of the multiplayer warning message, removing another possible desync spot
