Density of material and how it could affect armor slowdown
Optional armor slowdown. This with different swing speeds. Both would be dependent on the material density. Would be a new characteristic to think about when thinking about materials. The slowdown should be low, for example with complete iron armor it would be helmet+chestplate+leggings+boots=2.5%+4%+3.5%+2%. Another option for even more hardcore players could be that dense armor makes you sink faster in water until the point you cannot swim up faster than you fall.
