Suggestion: Neodymium & Magnets

Quite simple: I think neodymium would be a good addition to Modern Metals. It's used quite a lot in modern reality and I think modpack makers might benefit from it. Something which might complement this addition would be the addition of magnetic iron and magnetic neodymium as independent metals.

Neodymium itself could easily fit into Modern Metals - it'd be useless for tools, however. As to magnets... that needs discussion by the team, but at this point I can see it being a "that belongs to the Advantage mods" as they are the MMD Mods that deal with tech.
