Add Documentation for Ratlantis drops (Rat Toga, etc.)

Description of Suggestion

It's not possible to create rats Toga without Archeologist rat but Archeologist rat can't be achieved without rats toga.

How does this improve the experience?

Make some another way to obtain toga or release the toga from recipe for Archeologist rats upgrade.

Rat Togas can be dropped by Feral Ratlanteans in Ratlantis. this is a bit more of a documentation issue on rats, but i can still add some documentation for this in a tooltip or something, so i'll leave this open and edit the title as a reminder to do such.

Thank you for reply, I didn't see this choose in the tooltip and also I was unlucky with drop because I was kill some of those and toga did not drop.
