[BUG] infinite XP glitch

Description of the Bug

Some tools such as mod_lavacow:moltenpan and mod_lavacow:moltenaxe are automatically enchanted in inventory, and after using futureMC's grindstone to remove the enchantment, it will be enchanted again. This glitch can be used to gain infinite XP, or use it on Cyclic's disenchanter to gain infinite enchanted books.

Expected Behaviour

These tools should be only enchanted once when they are first placed in the inventory.
