[BUG] Creative flight on Nether roof

Description of the Bug

When wearing a pair of wings and the cloudstepper ring from thaumcraft, attempting to teleport through the nether roof with an ender pearl gave creative flight. Tested multiple times, seems to only work when wearing both the wings and the bauble, and only happens when teleporting through bedrock. Does not transfer over to the overworld when using /home

Expected Behaviour

Expected to end up standing on the roof, started flying instead

It seems that Wings can just give you Creative Flight capabilities at somewhat random, i don't think this is exclusive to the Nether Roof. I suspect it's cause it uses the vanilla canFly playerdata tag, but for what purpose, i don't know.
