Nerf all natual heat sources to be used in machines

As following https://github.com/MineMaarten/PneumaticCraft/issues/801 , it seems that nerfing fire wasn't enough Now people are using tic molten steel as heat source From a balancing point of view, I think all permanent heat sources should be nerfed

Why? They're not nerfed in thermal dynamics, they're not nerfed in better with mods, there IS eternal fire in vanilla minecraft, just as there are infinite sources of cobble and water.
