Crash related to programmer (Ticking screen)

This happened when I was poking at the programmer. I believe I had just closed the GUI and opened it again when it crashed.

Does this apply to the newest version of PneumaticCraft as well? (PneumaticCraft{1.13.8-12}) I'm getting a similar crash with a ticking memory connection that load-crashes my world
