Make 'enabled' be checked on every click

Currently it checks it when entering the menu, but if any alteration is done inside the menu on buttons, that are also checked here it fails. For example clicking a button and withdrawing coins, but its only enabled when coins < 0. If menu isnt completely refreshed this will still "pass"
