Update to support libs, remove need for Jetifier

this repo has not been updated for a bout an year. I was trying to disable Jetifier on my project and this is the only project left. so how are you guys doing? actually I could update this project myself and send pr, will you guys accept it?

That is a fair comment @shalva97 - Ithere are a few other updates for RG4Android that I've got on my to do list but had not got round to tackle. We'll get to this soon.
