Map Getting Freeze

Hi Team., Thanks for this code. It satisfied my Hunt.! But when the marker is in movement at that time map getting freeze cannot move the move. and marker also getting vibrates. Its happening because of Handler with the interval i think so. Can you give me suggestion how to overcome from this.
