Offline mode skins

On offline mode servers, or when enabling force-offline-mode in config.yml, the skins on the website show the default ones, instead of the player's ones, because the UUIDs of users will be different.

1, Instead, when the server is offline mode by either option, it should get the skins from the usernames instead of the UUIDs.
