receognised then suddenly disappeared

rcvd device today. Plugged it in, pc recognised it as new usb - downloaded exe successfully, but then it just hung on second monitor. Tried everything - unplug and plug again. restart both pc and 2nd monitor. nothing worked. my oc does not even find the device - anyone can advise please?

How ? this is the exe that came within the device also, it mirrored my monitor for a bit, but then all gone

anyone there knows how to fix this or even how to get my all in one hp to be extended to another monitor.
