Disconnected when open program with 'Run as administrator' option in Window 10

Just like the title, whenever I open a program with 'Run as administrator' option in Window 10, then it'll show up a pop up for requesting permission for that app, then the second monitor (connected through USBDisplay) will be disconnected right away, and reconnect after the request is finished. It'll help a lot if you fix this because users sometimes can open a lot of programs with 'Run as administrator' option
