Why is this an EXE?

As it's a USB device, there should be no need for an EXE, .sys, .inf, and .dll at most. After running it through virus total, i'm still aprehensive about installing this... Normally people don't open a gihub just to push installers, but rather for the source code. Where's the source code?

@ArcAIN6 its very bad software and not really working stable, its better it dies quickly together with the products it is used in
