Double cursor

On the second screen the cursor is doubled. (also it seems the 2nd monitor screen is not sharp)

the notebook is "dell vostro 3500" and the 2nd monitor is "philips 227e" (same is happening to monitor NEC MultiSync E222W when conected as 2nd monitor - so i think this is not issue of the monitor)
