Display does not support portrait or portrait flipped on Windows 11 (Build 26120.4230)
In landscape mode it's fine and displays a taskbar In the latest version, If you choose either portrait or flipped-portrait then it still displays in landscape and tiles the image. See uploaded image.
In previous versions the display would just fail to respond and be showing it's cycled colours if you tried using either portrait mode.
The monitor I am using is the ELECROW 8 inch SH080, I wanted to use it to display sensor information from AIDA64 and didn't want to use the only remaining HDMI port on my RTX 5080 which is why I went with a USB to HDMI, I wanted the portrait orientation due to where it will be going on my PC case.
did you ever find solution to this ?
If I remember rightly there was a newer version of the driver, I installed the latest and it worked, it was still pretty buggy though, I've moved on to another setup
