Research mvcExpress features that could be put under CONFIG::advanced flag, making 'light' version of framework.

mvcExpress has a lot of features that are very optional, it would be nice to have a flag to turn them off, as they are rarely used.

Good candidates:

  • Lazy injection
  • proxy inject into mediator controll.
  • ...?
