Detect if worker SWF is compiled with different CONDIG::debug settings, and show helpful error message.

compiling workers with different debug modes will lead to bad ovveride error crash. It would be nice in framework could check if both swf files are compiled under same debug mode, and give good error text in case of crash.

If you try to load debug module swf from release module - VerifyError will be throwns.

The only way to catch it is to load swf as binary, and then parse its data, and detect debug module.
