  1. Libp2p helper A is asked to add a block b to its block store
  2. Libp2p helper A is connected to another one, B
  3. Libp2p helper B is asked to download b from the Bitswap network
  4. Eventually B sends the requested block b

(Maybe more than two Libp2p helpers)
