Do keep all the old blocks in the migrated db, or just a new genesis block?

Will rosetta-cli look for pre-fork data?

@lk86 Would you classify this as a "Rosetta" issue, or more of a hardfork issue?

Its really both, as we need to make a migrated database with the mainnet transactions and blocks to fully test the rosetta implementation, especially for performance (comparable or better performance with a full database is a strict requirement)
