`@Transactional` and `@CacheEvict` annotations not working on private methods

@Lightieey 안녕하세요. 검토가 좀 늦었습니다. (1),(2)의 경우에는 `@Transactional` 제거, (3)의 경우에는 상위 public method에 `@Transactional`를 추가하여 주시길 바랍니다. 단, NvdDataService.java의 경우에는 제외하고 진행하여 주시길 바랍니다. 감사합니다.

nvd 업데이트 오류

@dj451 heap memory size를 늘려서 테스트를 진행해 보셨나요? size를 변경한 후, https://github.com/fosslight/fosslight/blob/develop/src/main/java/oss/fosslight/scheduler/SchedulerWorkerTask.java의 nvdDataIfJob() 상단의 @Scheduled을 변경하여 테스트 해보시길 바랍니다.
