Supercell.Magic can't run server

when i run the start.bat file it opens 9 windows and after 5 seconds they all crash

edit: i saw in the logs that it says: 'file environment.json doesn't exist'

You must start a web server first : http://127.0.0.1/supercell/environment.json ==(map)==>> .\Supercell.Magic\www\environment.json use tool ：xampp

Done. Now it says globals.json & fingerprint.json are missing. How can I solve this problem?

Thank you! Two dlls were started 'Home' & 'Chat'. The other dlls have crashed again...
