Error „current_basal …“ by pressing SMB “Ausführen” (Screenshot) and shutdown

My setup: Medtronic 712, RileyLink, Motorola G5 plus. AAPS 2.7RC1 does not read the pump History completely. Battery status and reservoir status are not read. If you switch to the Loop and SMB menus, the lists there are empty. The Execute SMB command immediately leads to the error message "current_basal outside the fixed limit." In German: “Wert current_basal ist außerhalb des festen Limits. =,00 limitiert auf 0,01". After this message the app is closed and tries to start again. A negative cycle arises. The loop never starts successfully. In my basal profile (28 insulin units)is the lowest hourly basal rate 0.9 units, in no case 0.00 and is always well above 0.01. In the Medtronic 712, the lowest basal rate that can be entered is 0.05. I have a basal rate entered for every hour. I do not use a local profile, but only the NightScout profile function.
