[Enhancement] Enable forecast line on ICT mode to show affected decision of insulin amount (dependent on insulin profil) and carbs

I understand that the therapy with CSII has a lot of more options as ICT. But why should it not be possible to predict the course of therapy, when all values such as insulin amount, insulin profile and carbohydrates are available?
