[2.6 RC6] [BUG]: Wear OS 2.1 - Android 9 - notification for change request in open loop mode not shown on Wear OS

When I get the recommendation notification to change the TBR in AAPS, the watch does not receive any notification, neither a custom AAPS one to accept the changes nor a default WearOS notification as you would get for other apps. Wear setting "Control from Watch" is enabled.

I wasn't getting them on the master branch and saw a fix was merged into 2.6-RC6 for Issue #2240, but nothing has changed for watch notifications for me.

If it makes any difference, i'm on objective 4 at the moment, have not bee looping for very long.

1. if notification were not working on master it may point to some local/device issue, since IFAIK it was working on stable ver. 2.5.1
2. check if you have allowed permissions on your watch - in general and for AAPS app (Settings -> Apps & Permissions -> Apps Permissions -> Show All -> AAPS)
   all check-boxes should be checked
