Looks like Amberlake isn't supported by SOF. I don't have an ETA on it :D. Do you get this buzzing sound from the speakers in ChromeOS? This is highly unusual.
This is fixable by changing the kernel config. I'll do it now.
Could you run the udevadm command they talked about in the GalliumOS thread?
I believe this is because of Pipewire. What does: ``` systemctl mask —user pipewire systemctl mask —user pipewire.socket ``` do after a reboot? Any `alsa-info` changes?
From ChromeOS (not Crostini): ``` sudo rm /var/lib/asound*; alsactl store; sudo cp -v /var/lib/alsa/asound* ~/Downloads ``` Copy those files from ChromeOS’s downloads folder and put them in /etc/asound.conf in Breath.
I know about CRAS, but I believe the ALSA state is still saved somewhere within the rootfs. By state, I mean the settings ChromeOS’s working audio has for the mixer....
run alsa-info with root priveledges

This issue has been fixed in the latest commits.
The failed install caused some folders to not be cleaned up. Remove `/tmp/arch`.
