About titles and tabs

A practical change would be to change the tabs called "Controlnet model 0", etc, to simply Layer0, Layer1. This follows on from the upcoming folder multibatch implementation discussed here and here. As an extra idea, it would be handy to add a + next to Layer0, like a normal tab system, and have each one add/close as many layers as they want instead of having to go to settings.
