[Feature Request]: Advanced Color Adapter Options

Currently from what I understand, the Color T2I-Adapter only creates color blocks in the same spots as they were in the original input image. However, is there a way to get a color palette from an input image without it being tied to certain parts of the original? Basically keep the colors, just randomize or manually change their location. Also, is there a way to choose custom tints, shades, and specific hues without an input image? Would really appreciate it!
