Scratch the previous comment. It just went up to 100% volume after restart. I have the volume at ~50%, and after restart is jumped to 100. Spotify is running latest...

For what it is worth, 'PL' is also out of spec. `##FORMAT=` I believe this should be 'Integer' as well.
