update for R23?

Hi, I've tried to use it for R23 but a lot of error appears. I think it needs to be updated to python 3.7. Can you confirm the same problem? thanks

Works fine on R24 python -u "B:\R24\plugins\SendPythonCodeToCinema4D\send_python_code.py" --file "B:\text.py"
