Does not refresh style.css in wordpress

I've used this tool on WordPress before, but now it just won't spin.

I'm editing the stylesheet of a WordPress child theme directly through a text editor (brackets.io).

The tool have permissions to access the files.

This is how the stylesheet is loaded on the website: <link rel='stylesheet' id='generate-child-css' href='http://localhost/hastokansla/wp-content/themes/hastokansla/style.css' type='text/css' media='all' />

The website refuses to reload on changes.

PS: Google store said that my "subscription had expired", so I bought it again because I thought that's why it didn't work. I'm pretty sure I paid it twice for no reason. Is this even an subscription form?
