Add option to have editor on left

A simple way to change layout is by setting -moz-box-orient:vertical !important; or -moz-box-direction:reverse !important; on #fbPanelPane

But we obviously need to be a little smarter to do this only for the editor.

just stumbled onto FirebugChrome.toggleOrient, seems -moz-box-orient:vertical !important won't work (panelSplitter.orient = panelPane.orient = newValue; is needed)

Maybe, I just don't want it to cause other problems.

What about when Firebug is open in more than 1 tab ... once with the HTML panel and once with the console? Hopefully when switching tabs we don't cause problems here.
