V language benchmark

Hi, @MikeMirzayanov, @gsingh93, @Wizmann, @glamcoder!

Me and some folks on Codeforces would love to see V language support!

That's why, I made a binary heap benchmark for V here. On average, for an 1e7 array it works in ~750ms if run in a loop (with some tuning, however)

Please, consider adding this nice language to CF!
