Add ExpressionMatch.jl to REQUIRE

Using the master branch of this package fails when ExpressionMatch.jl is not installed.

Except that ExpressionMatch.jl should be tagged and added to METADATA. I'm now in a catch-22 where the last tagged version of Lazy.jl has a Range1 issue, and master requires but can't find ExpressionMatch. I'm sure I could probably clone ExpressionMatch, but then other folks will have the same issue.

I will tag ExpressionMatch soon, but for now I tagged a new version of Lazy – if you get that then this should be fixed.
