Lat/Long with identical coordinates

How can I disperse the lat/long markers with exactly the same coordinates? For example, there is 233 in Portland, but I can only click 1 as they're stacked on top of each other.

In the 846policebrutality website, as you zoom, the markers disperse.

Any guidance is appreciated.

And thanks @nicktahani for chiming in!

Be sure sure to checkout #8. Basically, we added a bit of disparity on the coordinates to randomize their position on the front-end map.
